Viewing Encrypted Emails

The system allows you to encrypt the body of emails using a custom encryption key.

In order for you to view the contents of these emails, you will need to provide the same encryption key that was used to encrypt them.

The from the page showing a list of emails you can see the emails that have been encrypted.

In the popup showing the details of the email you’ll see this message instead of the email body:

If you enter an incorrect key, you will see an error message:

If you enter the correct key, the email body will be decrypted and displayed:

Note

You can only resend emails once you have entered the correct encryption key.
