Resending Emails
The system allows you to resend emails that have been sent previously. This can be useful if an email was not received or if you need to send the same email to the same recipient again.
The from the page showing a list of emails, click on the email you wish to resend.

In the popup showing the details of the email click the “Resend” button at bottom of the page.

You will then be prompted to confirm the resend action. Click “Yes” (or “OK” depending on your O/S) to proceed. Another email will be sent to the same recipient with the same content.

Any resent emails will have an indication within the email popup that it has been resent. It will also give you the option to view the original email, in case you need to see the original delivery details.

Important
If the email content was encrypted using a custom encryption key, you will need to enter the same key to view the email body before you can resend it.
